Posing can make or break your appearance on stage! It's often the main difference between the top few placements in any given show (both regionally and nationally). As an IFBB Pro, Olympian and Competition coach, I have a great sense of what the judges are looking for in a posing routine and can work with you to create a custom routine that properly presents your physique. We'll take advantage of your physqiue and make it pop in ways you never thought possible!

Posing is done via video chat through WhatsApp. Please select an option and let me know when you would like to start so that we can get something scheduled.

Please Note: If you have a posing session scheduled and you need to cancel or reschedule, you are required to notify me at least 2 days in advance or you will lose that session and will not be refunded.

If you are a current athlete of mine, your monthly coaching includes 2x posing sessions per month. If you are in need of more assistance, you can always purchase additional posing sessions at a discounted rate.

Please note that there are no refunds on programming purchases due to the nature of intellectual property and e-commerce law. Due to providing the best service for my clients, I cannot put a program on hold and restart using the remaining time, so please consider this when selecting the duration of your monthly subscription.

For subscription billing I offer the option to schedule one or more payments to be automatically deducted from your checking, savings or credit card account. When you make a purchase with subscription billing, your payment authorization will remain in effect until the programming agreement is paid in full, and you agree to notify me in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 10 days prior to your next billing date

In short, all monthly subscription options are contracted for that duration - if you need to cancel your monthly subscription or stop working with me prior to the end of your contract, you are still responsible for the subsequent monthly payments until the span of the program option you purchased is completed. I value and invest a lot into all of my current athletes. In order for me to be able to do that, I do limit the numbers of athletes that I bring on the team. I do not take every interested individual who sends in an inquiry. My reputation is on the line just as much as yours is once you step on that stage. You will get honesty and transparency from me. I coach because I love it and I genuinely want to help people reach their goals! I design all of my coaching plans custom for each individual, once I receive your initial payment, please be patient as I put together your training, nutrition and supplementation plans.
